2. Reliability

What I mean by reliability is that the chiropractor and the office staff should be able to provide you a very similar experience every single time you come into the office.

For instance, if the chiropractor has to reschedule you several times, that is not being reliable. If the office staff sometimes remembers to do therapy but other times forgets, that is not being very thorough and it is not being reliable. If you go in one day and the chiropractor is in a great mood and you really enjoy your visit, and then the next time you come in and the chiropractor is in a bad mood or comes off as being somewhat arrogant, that’s not being very reliable either.

I think it is important to know what you’re going to get each and every time you walk through the door and that you can rely on the office and the doctor to be consistent, professional, and completely helpful each and every time you visit the clinic.

I think consistent, responsible, comprehensive, and reputable chiropractic care on each visit is of paramount importance and that’s what we try to do every day, all day here in Amarillo.
