New Information On Our Life-Changing Hormone Pellets

Can hormone balancing make a difference for you?

Hormone Pellets. Have you heard about them before?

What about testosterone shots every week or testosterone gel? Most people have heard of those. Those sound like kind of a hassle, don't they? Think about it; who really wants to get the medication, get the syringes, get the band aids, and alcohol and do an injection every single week forever? Not many really desire this. How about the gel? At least the gel doesn't involve injections but it is messy and you still have to get it every time it runs out and remember to put it on every day. Oh... and did you know that there are warnings on the gel products that warn against allowing children to come into contact with them? That's right. Big black box warnings.

The warning labels say that children can start growing hair and reaching puberty earlier, and things of that nature. WebMD says, "Those children's adverse events included inappropriate enlargement of the genitalia (penis or clitoris), premature development of pubic hair, advanced bone age, increased libido, and aggressive behavior."

That's not from putting the gel on themselves either. That happens from just simply into contact with it by contacting an adult that uses the gel.

That's frightening, right?

What if there were a way to replace testosterone without the injections, without the gel, and without have to buy a bunch of stuff and remembering to use it all of the time? It's too much.

Well, there is a way through Evexipel hormone pellets. If you have not heard of Evexipel just yet, stick with me and I will explain. Evixepel is an alternative product to BioT. Most patients have heard of BioT by now. Hormone pellets can replace your lost testosterone and bring your hormones back into balance for both men and women. Without the need for all of the baggage that comes along with the other forms of testosterone replacement.

The pelleting procedures literally take 15 minutes or so to complete. Super simple without the need for even a stitch.

The Difference Between Evexipel and BioT

Evexipel is a newer product based on the same concept. We aren't breaking new ground in Amarillo by carrying Evexipel. One of our prominent local plastic surgeons is also an Evexipel provider so we are in good company.

The difference between Evexiple and BioT is small but big at the same time.

  • Evexipel pellets contain a trace amount of triamcinolone steroid coating. Providers and patients report seeing a reduction in scar tissue, better absorption, and a reduction in any post-procedure discomfort.
  • The insertion technique that Evexipel teaches is atraumatic and reduces the extrusion rate and again, causes less scar tissue.
  • Evexipel pellets are pressed horizontally vs. vertically which creates a more even absorption patter of testosterone for the patient.

So, again, while there are only a few key changes, they are big when you add them up and really consider them as a whole.

Who needs hormone replacement? All of us beyond a certain age are probably candidates. Even some very young patients suffer from a hormone imbalance. Females that have undergone a hysterectomy or menopause are almost certainly candidates while any male over the age of 35 or 40 likely makes good candidates as well.

Deficits in hormones can be felt differently between the genders and from person to person but, in general;

  • Irregular cycles
  • Memory fog
  • Fatigue
  • GI issues
  • Mood swings
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Hot flashes
  • Dryness
  • Night sweats
  • Muscle loss,
  • Aches, and
  • Weakness

  • Decreased sex drive
  • Hair loss
  • ED
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Moodiness
  • Increased body fat, and
  • Chronic fatigue and lack of energy

These issues are so prevalent in our population that it just hasn't dawned on many of us that there is something we can do about it. We just think it's a normal part of life. But it doesn't have to be.

How do you know if you're a candidate for hormone pellets?

You can find out if you're a candidate for hormone replacement therapy and pellets by doing simple lab work to find out. A simple blood test can determine the levels of your hormones. Then, if you're a candidate, the numbers are plugged into an advanced calculations system that can give the provider an idea of how much to give the patient. This can be increased or decreased for the patient depending on how they respond to their first session.

How often does a patient need to get hormone pellets?

Females typically need new pellets approximately every 3-4 months while males only need to do the procedure about once every six months or so.

It is simple to find out if you qualify and the procedure is extremely simple and exceedingly low risk. This means that feeling better and getting more done is easier than you ever dreamed it would be.
